Swift Performance

The diesel version of the Swift is given life by the award winning DDiS engine. The DDiS engine also works on the DOHC (Double Over Head Camshaft) system which boosts performance by leaps and bounds. The 16-valve Cylinder Head initiates better fuel combustion and cleaner emissions. The diesel variant boasts a mileage of 22.9 kmpl.

One concern on most people’s mind who desire to purchase a diesel car is, high maintenance. However, the combination of the Chain Drive Timing System and Auto Tenstioner make for very precise valve timings. This means its maintenance free for the entire life of the engine.
